PAYMENTS: We prefer PayPal for your payment, but also accept Money Orders
& personal checks. PayPal payments are to be made as you make your purchase
and are required for anyone making a purchase who lives outside the US.

Any overage due to incorrect shipping charges will be refunded
to your PayPal account ASAP. You may use credit cards
through PayPal only and they do not require an account.
If you are using a Money Order or a personal check,
we must receive that within 5 days of ordering. Please email me
for my mailing address and make the check or money order out
to Mary S. Patterson. Checks take 5 days to clear the bank,
so please consider one of the other methods if possible.
SHIPPING: We use USPS for shipping and will combine the costs
when you purchase more than one item. We will always look for the best price
on the shipping charges. There are no handling fees at this time.
FREE shipping in the 48 US States if your total (w/o shipping ) is $100 or more -
excluding Collector plates and luncheon or tea sets of china.
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently shipping only to the following locations:
USA, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, Australia/New Zealand.
PayPal is REQUIRED if you live outside the United States,
as is Insurance on ALL over seas shipping.

GIFT WRAP: If your purchase is a gift for someone else and we are mailing
it directly to them, first be certain that we have their correct address
and a phone number, if possible. Second, let us know if you want it
gift wrapped & we will be happy to do that for a small additional fee -

between $2 & $10 depending on the size.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: We encourage you to purchase insurance,
especially if the item is breakable. We package VERY well
and in over 1400 items shipped in 4 years, we have never had
a claim or problem at all. However, once the item leaves our hands,
we are no longer responsible for it unless you had insurance.
Insurance is required for ALL purchases sent outside the US. NO exceptions!
