McMclelland Collectors Plate 'Awakening'
This plate is an authentic original in the limited edition of "Awakening," painted by artist John McClelland expressly for and under exclusive commission to by Knowles China Company. It is the first issue in his "Becky's Day Collection." McClelland 's skill is tremendous and the beauty and innocence of this little girl is outstanding. It helps us return to our days of innocence and a life when all our worries were simple, as was life.
This plate is in mint condition and includes the original COA (Certificate of Authenticity) and a descriptive pamphlet with a write-up about McClelland and this gorgeous plate. Included as well, will be the original issue shipping box in which the plate and literature has been stored for many years. The plate measures 8-1/2" in diameter.
