This wonderful Donald Zolan plate, "For You", shows the amazing skill of the artist in capturing the innocence and beauty of a child. This is the Fourth issue in the "Childrens Plate Collection" and was the only limited-edition series of its kind by America's beloved child painter, Donald Zolan. The plates were hand made by Viletta China Company during a 22-day firing schedule permanently closed in 1981. I have 2 of these plates available. This plate is in mint condition and includes the original COA (Certificate of Authenticity) and a descriptive pamphlet with a write-up about how Zolan came to make the original painting which inspired the plate. Included as well, will be the original issue shipping box in which the plate and literature have been stored. The plate measures 8-1/2" in diameter.
